BHUTANESE WELFARE ASSOCIATION(BWA) is a non-profit organisation established on 27th July 2011. It has been established by a group of Bhutanese people with in the UK to bring all Bhutanese onto a common platform to nurture, facilitate, empower and promote Bhutanese's culture, skills, self development for the establishment of new life in the United Kingdom. BWA will work to ensure the development of Bhutanese's capacity and related support services to enable Bhutanese people to uplift the life standard and increase their self worth, independence and autonomy.
BWA will create a vibrant activities to promote the lives involving all ages, group, cast, religion and innovators to open opportunities for Bhutanese and special focus on the needy and vulnerable. BWA will enable the active and interactive participation with other non-profit organisation, investors, private sector, NGOs, academia and professional organization to work together to develop and promote socialization for sustainable growth in Bhutanese community.
BWA will intensify its efforts to facilitate the growth of Bhutanese culture, social integration and personal development of individuals with various activities, programs and advises. It will be an enabling platform for all Bhutanese to discover their strength and potential to thrive in a starting of new life in new country by doing things differently and successfully.
